Funny story, I've been away from Wonkette for so long, for REASONS, I was just moments ago forwarded your appalling Juanita Broaderick fiasco before clicking here to see if you still had anything to do with Wonkette. Imagine my feeling of vindication.
Sometimes you forgive somebody because it's healthier for you. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but she never actually uses the word "forgive"; instead she talks about "letting go" repeatedly, which suggests to me she thinks of this as something she is putting aside for her own well-being, not (just?) for the sake of the group. As the motivational poster goes, "holding a grudge is like drinking poison in the hopes the other person gets sick".
That's not to say Tambor should be let off the hook, nor that Bateman et al don't deserve the dragging they're getting for making excuses for his bullshit. Just that Walter's under no obligation to sacrifice her own peace of mind in order to play the Avenging Angel here.
